Creative Studio Coordinator (Part-time)

Duties & Responsibilities Included But Are Not Limited To:

*Host and assist clients with any photo/video equipment set up, backdrops, and prop use during their scheduled booking.

*Ensure the studio is prepped for daily client bookings. 

*Maintain the aesthetic and cleanliness of Alté Labs. 

*Manage flow of studio space during back to back sessions daily.

*Conduct appointment based studio tours.

*Ensure that our clients are following studio guidelines.

*Assist clients with familiarization of our studio, functionalities and common areas.

*Manage fluent communication with new/recurring clients and Operations Manager regarding all incoming studio bookings, customer concerns, etc. on our client booking portals.

*Periodically capture behind the scenes photos/ videos of unique projects and shoots within the studio. (With client consent). 

*Weekly team touch bases with Alté Labs.

Qualifications: 

*1-2 years experience in an operational support role. Preferably in a creative or retail space.

*Desire to utilize and elevate creative skills with contributions to the Alté Labs brand and studio space.

*Has a flexible weekly schedule.

*Strong verbal and written communication skills.

*Digital photography and video experience a plus.

*Customer service skills and problem solver.

*Punctual and timely.

*Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

*Ability to be proactive and deliver results with limited instruction.

*Professional, confident, joyful and mature attitude.

*Working knowledge and experience with studio equipment.

*Unique creative presence and perspective.

*Ability to be a good teammate, collaborator, and follow team agendas to achieve desired results.

*Someone who is receptive to change and can share and adapt to new ideas.
