Cancellations Policy

Full refunds of the booking price are accepted (including fees) for cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to scheduled booking.After that, cancellations made up to 24 hours of original booking will be issued a 50% refund (excluding fees).

Lateness Policy

We suggest that any of our clients arriving late to contact our studio before their session. Initial bookings will not be automatically extended past session time. If more time is needed for session due to lateness, clients can book an extension through our booking portal if there is necessary time available for that day.
